Environmental protection and sustainability are firmly anchored in our corporate philosophy. Our aim is to constantly reduce our ecological footprint and implement sustainable solutions along the entire value chain. We understand sustainability as a long-term principle and continue to develop it day by day with responsibility and innovation.
Energy efficiency + renewable energies
As a member of the climate-friendly SME initiative, we consistently focus on energy efficiency and climate protection. Our photovoltaic system and modern air-to-water heat pump enable us to use renewable energies and effectively reduce our CO2 emissions. When planning our extension, we also pay attention to resource-saving and energy-optimized concepts in order to act sustainably and efficiently right from the start.
Intelligent logistics
Our logistics are focused on keeping environmental impact as low as possible.
Through intelligent logistical planning of our routes and the bundling of deliveries, we minimize empty runs, reduce driving times, and thus conserve valuable resources.
Another component is our modern company car fleet. Our vehicles are powered by our own photovoltaic system, which significantly reduces CO₂ emissions compared to conventional drives.
Responsible sourcing of raw materials
We prefer to select regional raw materials for our production and pay attention to the highest sustainability standards. We are Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance certified, which stands for environmentally friendly cultivation, fair trade and the preservation of biodiversity. We have also been processing organic products for many years and have EU organic certification, which ensures sustainable agriculture and responsible consumption.
Social responsibility
We understand social responsibility as sustainable investment in people and regions. We create secure jobs locally and promote the local economy through close cooperation with regional partners.
We are also Fairtrade certified. This means that producers in the country of origin receive stable minimum prices or wages and that Fairtrade standards are adhered to.
