With our quality assurance system, we perform the highest standards of hygiene, controlled processes and product safety, from raw material control, in-process controls and final inspections, up to shipping/transport.

CERTIFICATION

Independent institutes audit and certify our quality assurance system annually. We are certified according to the internationally acknowledged International Food Standards (IFS Food) certification for many years. In addition, we are firmly established in the organic sector and certified as an organic producer in accordance with the EU Organic Regulation. The majority of our products is suitable for Halal or Kosher nutrition. Certification can also be provided upon request. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

LABORATORY

In our internal, modernly equipped laboratory we perform various physical and chemical analyses. This ensures compliance with the parameters defined in the specification as well as those required by law. In addition, we regularly have analyses carried out in external accredited laboratories as part of our monitoring program as well as at the request of customers.

FOOD SAFETY

Food safety starts with hygiene. Thus, the production area is only accessible through the hygiene lock.
Our building is video-monitored and has secured doors that can only be opened by our employees. Chips are used to issue authorizations for areas relevant to employees. Strangers cannot enter the building unnoticed.
