Certification
Independent institutes audit and certify our comprehensive quality assurance system every year. FB Food has held the internationally recognized IFS Food certification for many years, which guarantees product safety and process quality at the highest level. We are also certified as an organic manufacturer in accordance with the EU Organic Regulation. Sustainability is our focus: the responsible cultivation of raw materials in accordance with social standards is underlined by our Fair Trade certification. Many of our foods also meet the requirements for halal and kosher certification.
Laboratory
We carry out extensive physical and chemical analyses in our internal, state-of-the-art laboratory. This enables us to ensure that all products comply with the parameters specified in the specifications and those prescribed by law. In addition, regular tests are carried out as part of our monitoring program and, at the customer's request, external tests are also carried out in accredited laboratories. This guarantees seamless quality control from raw material to end product.
Food safety
Food safety begins with hygiene: Access to our production areas is exclusively via hygiene locks. Our building is monitored by video surveillance and protected by secure doors that are only accessible to employees with the appropriate access authorizations. This prevents unauthorized persons from gaining access unnoticed. These measures ensure the highest standards of hygiene and the protection of your products.
