Extrudates represent one of our focal points. With a wide variety of extrusion lines and due to many years of continuous research, product developments and trend analyses, our product portfolio currently comprises several hundred variants.
Our extrudates can be used in different ways. On the one hand, it can be applied for further processing in muesli, ice cream, chocolate bars or praline chocolates. On the other hand, it can be coated, used as textured proteins for meat substitutes, used in bread baking mixes, used as toppings in the form of granules on bread and bread rolls, or used for direct consumption as snacks or breakfast cereals.

Our granules are best suited for your baked goods. By adding granules, a larger volume of water is binded which causes your baked goods to stay fresh and tasty in a natural way. The stability is also improved and the good appearance is maintained longer.
